More Information on Crystal Clear China Global Development!
Incorporated in Hong Kong as a limited company, Crystal Clear China Global Development Limited is led by a Canadian who has been doing business in China for 20 years and a Chinese national who has been doing business in China for 20 years. Our experience ranges from import and export, manufacturing, marketing, advertising, logistics, translation and consulting to Chinese art with a focus on the incredible Chinese Brush, Ink and Watercolor paintings of Mr. Liu Jun Jie.
Both of our directors have had their own successful - but separate - businesses and decided to join ranks to provide the most comprehensive company for China-Global development that is possible.
After seeing so many companies - both foreign and China domestic - lose business and market share due to lack of understanding of each other, and knowing that we had already successfully cleared away the fog surrounding our own individual businesses, it seemed a rather logical "next step" to provide our expertise to others to help them avoid the pitfalls we ourselves worked through to get to where we are today.
It is an unfortunate fact of international business that many companies forget the cardinal rule of "Practicing Due Diligence" before they jump into a project... we can provide that for your firm. We can caution you when you should not take that "jump" and we can clear the environment surrounding your project.
Still the question: "Why Crystal Clear China Global Development?"
Many companies will of course try and do everything themselves, and many companies have been successful in doing so. BUT, many of these companies also unnecessarily delay their project by learning as they go or getting themselves tied-up with problems while learning that are not really necessary for one to be successful in China. Choosing the wrong factory to manufacture an OEM product for example or making a purchase based only on speculation that everything will be fine. Relying on their chosen factory to do QC is another example that is often overlooked. It is not that the chosen factory doesn't have their own QC, but we have the ability to make repeated personal visits to your chosen factory, communicate with the factory, and handle a far more direct form of Quality Control that has as predicate "What the client requires" and not "What the factory provides."
We can pave the way in front of your project so that not only can it begin on the right foot but stay on track through to completion. We have already established a network of factories manufacturing various products. We have already established a network of services such as logistics, printing, packaging - both design and finishing. We have those things other companies will spend much money and a lot of time trying to develop for themselves...and we can personally handle those aspects.
Why add the expense of international travel, then domestic travel, accommodation, outside translation services, just to find a product in which you may have interest? Tell us what it is you have your eye on and we'll find examples while you stay in the boardroom and manage your company.
Why deal with the delays inherent in needing to come to China, find a product, wait for a counter sample, and THEN make a decision on whether or not to make an order with that factory or go through the process - and expense - all over again with another factory? Need a sample? We'll ensure you have more than one from which to choose. When you make the decision to go forward, we will make the order, manage the payment, arrange package design - to your graphics design - ensure the packaging is acceptable, deal with the export and customs procedures, arrange the logistics, and your product will arrive at your home port ready for delivery to your distributors as "store ready!"
Recently there has been much in the media about problems with quality from a few factories in China. What is your take on this problem?
China's incredible development over the last 20 years has seen more and more companies coming to China to source their finished products. This has been good for China and for those foreign companies that are serious about their own development - and of course, for customers in their home market. Recently, however, the value of the China currency has increased considerably, and this has caused prices in China for raw materials and labor to also increase. Unfortunately, some foreign companies have not been able to grasp this fact and have refused to adjust their own internal monetary policy to reflect the increased costs. These companies have then refused to pay the increased costs and unfairly demand the former pricing for their finished product, and this has led some - not all - factories to resort to lower quality raw materials to maintain their profit margins.
One would think that the purchasing companies would understand this, but, again unfortunately, some foreign companies do not. This is one of the main reasons for recent problems. Simply understanding the dynamics of the increasing prices for raw materials and labor in China, and negotiating in good faith with the manufacturer and accepting the increased price for the same quality goods would go a long way to obviating further problems in this area.
Your contracts are with us, not the factory...we contract with the factory so as to provide that buffer between your bottom line and the market.
