It is our great pleasure to be in cooperation with Mr. Liu, and we are honored to present his watercolor artwork for your consideration.
It is of course difficult to obtain a true feeling of Mr. Liu's Chinese artwork from .jpeg images on a website, but we hope they will show you the rare talent possessed by Mr. Liu.
We have not altered the digital pictures of Mr. Liu's traditional Chinese ink and watercolor paintings - in Mr. Liu's unique style - save to fix the "white balance" of some and worked on eliminating the "noise" common to digital photos - and, of course, to help with time in opening the pictures, we optimized the size of the pictures. All of the large pictures that will open when clicking on one of the thumbnails are around 200KB. Wait until you see the real thing!
Some of the paintings have one or two small "detail" pictures with them to show some small features of the art and to give you an idea of the unique style Mr. Liu has created.
The sizes - in cm - noted under the pictures of Mr. Liu's Chinese Brush Ink and Watercolors, include the "border," which is of a white, designed "silk" brocade that is common with Chinese traditional ink and watercolor artwork. The average size of the border ranges from 7cm to 9cm. If you need the exact size of the painting without the border size included, please contact us.
